The TOMATO (Solanum lycopersicum) is the king of vegetables, it is low in calories and very rich in vitamins and antioxidants.
HOW TO PREPARE IT: add one tea bag to a cup of freshly boiled water and infuse for 5-6 minutes. Enjoy plain or with honey, hot or cold. To make a vegetable consommé just add a pinch of salt. Tomato tea can also be used in cooking, to prepare soups, noodles and rice dishes.
