Garbanzo bean flour (aka chickpea flour) is creamy and rich, lending a fantastic texture to baked goods. Fava bean flour has a distinctive earthy flavor. Together, these gluten free flours add fiber and protein to gluten free pizza dough, cake batter, cookie dough and more. Use it with wheat flour, or it gluten free with potato flour or another starch.
