Calveley Mill white mature organic cheese is aged for about 9-12 months. It is white due to the fact that it has no natural coloring additive added to varieties like red leceister and some cheddar cheeses. It is noteable for it’s distinctive rich and creamy, firm and smooth nature. It is excellent served on a cheeseboard, grate over a sald or slice into sandwiches and even as a topping in some varieties of hummus.
It is high in calcium too!
