Our Organic Oatcakes have always been naturally good for you, but now we're made them even better by enriching them with oat bran, whilst keeping their delicious oaty taste and crunchy texture. The oat bran is the part of the oat which is richest in fibre, particularly beta-glucans, a soluble fibre. This soluble fibre helps to release energy slowly, makes you feel full, aids digestion and helps to lower cholesterol – so now there are even more reasons to feel good about enjoying our organic oatcakes. Organic oatcakes are made with a wheat free recipe, high in soluble fibre and packed full of slow-release energy carbohydrates. They contain no added sugar, GM ingredients, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
