Nuts&Bio Carruba is a hazelnut-and-carob based cream spread! It is produced in a workshop that works only with hazelnuts grown in the Lazio region, tonda romana gentile cultivar, delicately roasted at low temperatures. With no milk, sugar or cocoa content, this tasty cream is suitable for people with special dietary needs, and it’s also palmoil-free. No emulsifying agent is added upon production; its creaminess is given by its unique production process: Ingredients are constantly mixed for 18 hours. Nuts&Bio Carruba is delicious when spread on bread, to garnish desserts and ice cream, or to make crêpes.
