Organic potato chips of Trafo are produced in a traditional way in a small family business. Trafo use selected potatoes, grown in fertile organic land.
The hand cooked chips are slower, longer, and deep-fried at a lower temperature than traditional potato chips. Through this manufacturing process, the chips get their flavor and are especially crispy. Refined with a delicious sweet chilli spice.
