The herds in Greece traditionally consist of sheep and goats. The bio-verde Schaffeta is made from 70% sheeps milk and 30% from goats milk. The feta cheese tastes great as a table cheese or in salads. Feta is also used to refine and gratinate vegetable and pasta dishes.
