Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Organic coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Organic Larder coconut milk
  • 1 Organic Larder Tbs psyllium husk powder
  • 1/2 frozen Organic ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen Organic Larder blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Organic spinach (you won't taste it I promise!)
  • 1 Tbs soaked almonds

Instruction

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced banana, blueberries, mixed nuts/seeds.
